Rules for Filipino Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph163 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all services available at ph163.vu. This includes the ph163 website, mobile application, all games, betting markets, promotions, and payment services.

By creating an account on ph163, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use ph163 services.

To register and use ph163, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to your location to participate in online gaming and sports betting.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of ph163 or any of its affiliated companies — and neither are any immediate family members using your account.
• You are registering on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent for another person.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ph163 account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether personally or through another person — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances linked to duplicate registrations.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph163 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify ph163 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Never use another person's account, even with their consent.
• Enable OTP verification and biometric login (if using the app) for added account protection.

ph163 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with standard responsible gaming and anti-money laundering practices. Verification is required before any withdrawal is processed, and may also be required for certain account actions or promotional claims.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's Licence, or UMID) and, where relevant, proof of address or source of funds. Documents must be current, clearly legible, and belong to the account holder.

ph163 reserves the right to request enhanced verification at any time, including for high-value transactions. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals withheld until the process is completed.

All transactions on ph163 — deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). There is no currency conversion on ph163. Supported payment methods are limited to Philippine-based channels including local bank transfers, online and mobile banking, and local e-wallets.

• Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum amounts as stated in the payments section of your account.
• Withdrawals require a fully KYC-verified account. Withdrawal requests to unverified accounts will not be processed until verification is completed.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawable until those requirements are met — refer to Section 6 for bonus-specific terms.
• ph163 will only process withdrawals to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are shown at the time of request. Delays may occur during identity verification or additional security review.

All promotional offers on ph163 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards — are subject to individual promotion terms. The terms for each active promotion are published on the Promotions page and in your account dashboard when the offer is live.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — the contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Only one promotion may be active per account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• ph163 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion with reasonable notice.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on ph163, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets and game results are final once confirmed by the system. ph163 does not cancel confirmed bets at a player's request except in cases of demonstrable technical error on the platform's part.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game round or live betting market, ph163 will apply its error resolution policy, which may include voiding the affected bet and returning the stake.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means are void.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game and per market are set by ph163 and may vary by game type, promotion, or account tier.
• All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. All live casino games are conducted by live dealers under observed conditions.

Attempting to exploit software errors, game bugs, or connectivity issues for financial gain is strictly prohibited. ph163 may void any bets placed under such circumstances and take further action against the account.

ph163 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, and players are encouraged to use them proactively rather than reactively.

• Deposit limits – Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount from your account settings.
• Session time limits – Set a reminder or hard limit on how long each gaming session can run.
• Self-exclusion – Temporarily or permanently exclude your account from all ph163 services. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay.
• Reality check notifications – Receive periodic reminders of how long you've been playing and your session balance.

ph163 reserves the right to impose limits or restrictions on any account where gaming behaviour suggests a player may be at risk. Players who request self-exclusion will not have promotional materials sent to them for the duration of the exclusion period.

ph163 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Suspected money laundering or use of ph163 for illegal financial activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks initiated against ph163 transactions by the account holder.
• Evidence that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, ph163 may withhold any associated balances pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's request (not due to a violation), the remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on the account.

All content on the ph163 platform — including but not limited to the website design, game graphics, logos, text, software, and the ph163 brand name — is the intellectual property of ph163 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from ph163's intellectual property.

You may not copy, scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or extract any portion of the ph163 platform without prior written consent. Automated access to the platform via bots, scrapers, or other non-human agents is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.

ph163 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous availability, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph163 will not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Technical failures outside ph163's direct control, including payment processor downtime or internet service disruption.
• Decisions made based on content displayed on the platform that turns out to be inaccurate due to a technical error.

Nothing in this limitation of liability excludes ph163's responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

ph163 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their account or by email. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of ph163 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from your use of ph163 that cannot be resolved through our internal process may be referred to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
